If you’re looking to find your inner purpose and give your best to the world, your journey starts here. We’re launching No Barriers Online…
our first-ever online course available to the public!
We all crave purpose and meaning in life. It’s part of being human. Yet living a purpose-driven life is not easy. Even if you know where you want to go, barriers can get in the way of fulfilling your potential.
That’s why for more than 15 years, we’ve perfected the art of bringing transformative experiences to our participants. Experiences that help people harness adversity and navigate their way to a purpose-driven life.
Over 95% of No Barriers participants report the desire to grow as a person and reach for their potential after completing a program with us. And that desire does not stop at the individual level. More than 93% of participants also express that they want to make a positive impact on the world around them. Just like our field programs, No Barriers Online takes participants through a journey that starts with a personal Vision, and leads to an action plan for how to Elevate others.
This course brings the No Barriers experience to you, wherever you are. You can now access the No Barriers Life curriculum through our online course, available on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
You’ll be taught by a team of incredible No Barriers Ambassadors who have been featured on Good Morning America, Sports Illustrated, the Dr. Oz Show, the Today Show, Elle and many others. Here a just a few of our instructors…

What does it mean to Pioneer a future we’ve not yet imagined? Here’s a sample video from our No Barriers online course… meet No Barriers Ambassador Hugh Herr:
No Barriers Online takes five weeks and approximately 10-15 hours to complete. It is only accessible during scheduled course release dates. The first course will run from January 11 to February 15, 2019.
No Barriers created a method for teaching our virtual content that is incredibly engaging, inspiring and transformative. If you dedicate your full self to this experience without distraction, we know it will transform your life forever.
Standard e-learning tools lacks engagement. Webinars and self-paced e-Learning are not fulfilling experiences for learners. We know that if students aren’t engaged, they aren’t learning. One problem with traditional training is that retention drops dramatically the moment training completes. This is commonly referred to as the “forgetting curve.” Lacking the appropriate context or opportunity to reinforcement, learners will forget half of what they’ve been taught after only one hour, and 90% after a month.
To engage today’s modern learner and drive real behavior change, learning needs a new set of tools built for the changing way we work. We need learning that is available on-demand, more social and connected to our lives. We know that people have a tremendous amount of work and distraction competing for their time, so keeping learners engaged is more challenging than ever!
Here are just a few ways we’ve created a course that will keep you engaged…
Experiential: Our experiential missions provide a framework to identify and address barriers to success. Missions move people offline to interact with each other, bringing the lessons learned from offline back into the online experience post mission.
Authenticity: The content in this course matters. And you’ll feel that from your instructors and your activities. True transformation is our ultimate goal.
Live Events: We have live virtual events where you are able to meet and interact with some of the ambassadors who have taught the course.
Gamified: The course includes leaderboards, point tracking and badge earning to encourage participants to complete the course and to enhance the fun factor.
Ambassadors & Guides: Each course module is introduced by a “No Barriers Ambassador” whose authentic and inspirational story establishes the tone and context for the content. A “Guide” then helps provide context for how to apply the principle to the work context.
